How do I change a Workflow starter?

Whenever you create a workflow in your list, you will need to set a starter. This tells the system which specific subscribers should receive the workflow. As your list grows, or your marketing plans change, it may be necessary to change that starter. In this article we'll go over how to change a workflow starter.

Step By Step Instructions

1. Go to the "Workflows" page and click the edit button of the workflow you wish to edit.
   
   
   
   
2. In the workflow, click the "Switch Starter" option.
   
   
   
   
3. Here, you'll be given the option to select the the starter for which subscribers will join this workflow. You can choose the option for "Add as new subscribers who join my list" or "Only add subscribers who get a specific tag".
   
   
   
   
4. After you've selected the starter you would like to use, click "Publish Changes" in the upper right corner.
   
   

Congratulations! You've successfully updated the starter for this workflow. Subscribers will now be added to this series based on the starter you have selected.
