How do I remove an Automation from my Campaign?

With Automations, you have the option to trigger certain actions based on how a subscriber interacts with your message. At times it will be necessary to stop an action from being triggered in your list. In this article we'll walk through how to remove an automation from your campaign.

If you are using AWeber’s sales tracking in your list, and have the analytics javascript installed, automations will not trigger for that URL.

Note: When you edit an automation within your campaign it will only affect new subscribers. Any subscriber who has progressed past that automation will be unaffected.

Step By Step Instructions

1. In your campaign, click on the Send Message action you would like to edit.
   
   
   
   
2. Then, locate the automation you would like to remove from the right hand Settings menu and click the red "Remove" option.
   
   

Congratulations! You've successfully removed your Automation from this Send Message action. You can confirm this by checking that the green Automations label on the action is no longer present.
