How do I view my Workflow stats?

Workflows stats provide you with detailed information regarding your workflow messages. These stats are useful in finding out how engaged the subscribers are with your messages. On this page, you'll find stats on how many subscribers were sent the workflow message, total opens, total clicks, unsubscribes, bounces, and complaints.

General Opens/Clicks

To see general stats of your workflow messages, navigate to the Workflows page and click "Preview" (which appears as an eye icon).



After clicking "Preview", you will see a breakdown of your workflow messages with your stats.

Detailed Statistics 

To find detailed engagement statistics for each workflow message, click "View Stats" icon for each message.



After you click to view the stats, you will be brought to your expanded stats view in the Workflow.

And that's it! Now you can view all of your workflow message statistics including number of sends, opens, clicks, unsubscribes, bounces, and complaints.
