We'd greatly appreciate your feedback on why you decided to cancel, as it helps us improve our service. The online cancellation process includes spots for your specific feedback, which we use to drive changes and enhancements.
Step By Step Instructions
- To access your Billing Center, click on your user profile in the bottom-left corner of your control panel and select My Account.
- From the left-hand side menu, click Billing.
- On the Billing page, locate the Current Plan section and click the "Close My Account".
- A pop-up window will appear. Follow the prompts on the screen to close out your account or start a live chat with us to request a cancellation.
We certainly welcome your business again in the future, and would be happy to answer any questions about how you might best use our service for the meantime.
Need to reactivate your closed or paused account?
Within 30 days of closing, we can reactivate your account. If your account was placed on our hold package, we can reactivate that too. Please contact our Customer Solutions team to further discuss your account.
