How Do I View My Subscriber's Activity?

Reviewing your subscriber's activity is a great way for you to see how engaged your subscribers are in your campaign. Your subscriber's activity allows you to create segments for more targeted broadcasts which can be very valuable for your campaign. This article explains how you can view the activity of your subscribers.

Step By Step Instructions

  1. Under the "Subscribers" tab, click "Manage Subscribers".



  2. On this page, you will see a "Select Field" drop down menu. To view the activity for a specific subscriber, you can conduct a search for "Email is [enter their email address]" and they will be displayed below. Regardless of the search you conduct, clicking on the subscriber's name will display their activity.



  3. Below your search, you will see a search result for the subscriber that you searched for. Click on their name to display more information about them. Note: If the subscriber's name was not collected when they signed up, click "Name Unknown" to display their activity.



  4. After clicking the subscriber's name, you will see the subscriber's activity from the drop down menu that appears. This activity will provide information on which messages the subscriber was sent, when they opened the message, and when they clicked the link from your message. Additionally, if you have installed our email web analytics, you can track which webpages your subscribers visited as well as sales that have been collected.
