Referral payments are paid by check or PayPal.
Payments are generated once per month, on the 1st of every month. Each payment is for referral payments earned up until 15 days before the payment is made.
Advocates are sent a payment once they have accrued at least $30.00 in referral payments for US advocates, $50.00 for non-US advocates. You can choose to increase this minimum in your advocate account.
New advocates can choose their payment option during the application process, and existing advocates who were previously paid by check may sign up for PayPal via the steps below.
Step By Step Instructions
- Log into your advocate account and access your profile. You can accomplish this by clicking “My profile” from the top navigation bar.
- Scroll down to the “Payment options” section and make the appropriate selection. Then, enter your PayPal email address twice for verification.
Important! Please ensure that the PayPal account you are using is active and accessible to you prior to making the change. We cannot pull back and reissue funds if they are sent to the wrong address for any reason. Please see our Customer Referral Program terms for more details.
- When you're done, click "Save profile information" to save your changes.
Please note that any changes to your payment information will take effect in the following calendar month. For example, if you sign up for PayPal on April 10th, you will receive your first payment via that payment method in May. Please contact us if you have any questions or issues.
