What are the options for creating a message?

When creating a message there are a few different options that you can choose for how you would like to create your message. You can either create a message using our Drag & Drop Email Builder, Plain Text Message editor, or HTML Editor.

To create your message, click the Messages tab and select Drafts. From here, click the "Create a Message" button.



After clicking the "Create a Message" button, the different message editor choices will be provided.

Drag & Drop Email Builder

The first option from the drop down menu is for our "Drag & Drop Email Builder." This option is great for anyone that wants a simple, but robust tool for creating their messages in a stylish format. Using this editor will allow you to choose from one of our 700+ templates to create your message. This is the option that we recommend most for creating messages.


How Do I Use The Drag & Drop Email Builder?

Plain Text Message

The second option from the drop down menu is for the "Plain Text Message" editor. If you just want to create a quick plain text message, this may be the best option for you. One thing to be aware of with this option is that since the message is being created in plain text, your links may not be clickable by your subscribers that receive your message. They may have to copy and paste any links into the address bar of their browser.

If you would like a plain style message, but clickable hyperlinks you may want to consider loading our plain template in our "Drag & Drop Email Builder."

HTML Editor

The final option from the drop down menu is for the "HTML Editor". This is ideal for anyone that is comfortable with creating content in HTML.
