Using AWeber customer accounts or advocate accounts to send spam is both prohibited in AWeber's service agreement, and illegal under United States law. AWeber's anti-spam policy is strictly enforced.

If you use your AWeber customer account or advocate account to send email to people who haven't asked for it, then you are spamming, and your AWeber account will be shut down.
