Can I post ads to newsgroups?

You may not post your AWeber ad to newsgroups unless your post is specifically on-topic, as determined by AWeber. Posting the same message to numerous newsgroups, or posting off topic messages to any newsgroup is spamming. 

If you're not sure if your post is on-topic or not, it's best to err on the side of caution as opposed to spamming a newsgroup. Newsgroup users will not hesitate to contact AWeber when they believe one of our users is abusing their newsgroup.

AWeber's anti-spam policy is strictly enforced. If you send or post spam related to your AWeber account, then that account will be terminated
