How do I set up my lock pin with the AWeber Atom app?

This article explains how to setup your lock pin so subscribers cannot view/change the list they're subscribing to.

If you plan on setting up a device to collect subscribers at a kiosk, you can lock the list name from being displayed. This would hide your list name information from potential subscribers when they sign themselves up.

The current version of the AWeber Atom app is Version 2020.03.20 for both iOS and Android. AWeber has a mobile app called Atom that you can use to add subscribers to your lists.

You can download the AWeber Atom app from both the App Store as well as Google Play. The AWeber Atom app allows you to choose the specific list you would like to add subscribers to.

iOS App

  1. First, you will need to open the Atom app. You can do so by tapping on the AWeber Atom icon from your device.

  2. From the top of the app, tap the menu to bring up the settings.

  3. Tap on the on/off toggle for the "PIN Lock" to enable this feature.

  4. Enter in the pin lock code you would like to set for your form.

  5. Repeat the pin lock code again.

    Note: Depending on the Apple device you're using, if you have Touch ID or Face ID, you can set PIN-lock to unlock using this feature.

Android App

  1. First, you will need to open the Atom app. You can do so by tapping on the AWeber Atom icon from your device.

  2. From the bottom of the app, tap on the gear symbol to bring up the settings.

  3. Tap on the on/off switch for the "Pin Lock" to enable this feature.

  4. Enter in the pin lock code you would like to set for your form.
