How does AWeber's Free Trial work?
We’re excited that you’re exploring AWeber through our free trial. Here’s how it works:
Automatic Billing
On the day your trial ends, your card on file will automatically be charged for your new plan, unless you decide to cancel prior to the trial’s end date.
Upgrading Plans
If you choose to upgrade from Lite to Plus during your trial, or change your desired subscriber tier, you’ll be charged at the time of that upgrade and will forfeit any remaining time in the trial.
Sending Limit Reached
If you exceed your sending limit before your trial ends, you’ll be charged for the corresponding plan tier immediately. At that point, your trial is considered over.
Subscriber Tier Reached
If you surpass your subscriber tier limit during the trial, you’ll be charged for the appropriate plan tier, and your trial will end at that time.
What features do I have access to?
During the free trial, you have access to all the features of the plan you select. This includes full access to AWeber’s tools for email marketing, subscriber management, and analytics. There are no feature restrictions, so you can explore everything AWeber offers.
How do I cancel my trial?
Simply log into your AWeber account, navigate to the Billing section in your account settings, and select the option to cancel. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation process.
What happens if I cancel during the free trial?
If you cancel during your free trial, you won’t be charged. You will continue to have access to your account and its features until the trial end date. After that, your account will be deactivated unless you choose to reactivate it with a paid plan.
Is there support available during the trial?
Yes! AWeber offers full customer support during your trial period, and beyond. If you have any additional questions about your trial or AWeber in general, feel free to contact our 24/7 Customer Solutions team. We’re here to help!
