What are Workflow Templates and what options are available?
Our team has created multiple Email Marketing Workflow Templates that can help you automate your emails.
These pre-written automated email Workflows will save time and market your business 24/7. Pick your favorites and upload them into your AWeber account in seconds. Just personalize them, and hit activate.
Note: They do need to be customized. The content is not ready to be sent immediately after being added to your list, and will need to be personalized based on your unique business.
Our Workflow templates can be used in any AWeber account at no additional cost, and are created on the Workflows page for the list you want the Workflow to be saved in.
Loading a Template
To use the Workflow templates, click the "Create a Workflow" button on the Workflows page. Then, mouse over the template you wish to use, and click the "select" button.
The selected template will be applied to a new Workflow that can be customized and activated.
Workflow Templates
Welcome Subscribers: An immediate message introducing new subscribers to your brand and the best you have to offer.
Share Feed Content: A Workflow set to send a message to subscribers when a new item is posted in an RSS feed. This would typically be used for a blog automation, YouTube automation, or podcast automation.
Get Leads: A workflow containing a message delivering a freebie. Split paths are set up to re-send the freebie if it's not claimed.
Re-engage: A workflow to re-engage inactive subscribers. A message is sent asking subscribers if they're still interested in receiving emails. If the message is opened, the inactive tag is removed from the subscribers, and they are sent a special offer. If the message is not opened, a final email is sent to the subscribers.
Teach Something: A workflow that starts when a tag is applied and sends 3 emails, each 1 week apart.
Confirm Event Sign-up: A workflow that starts when a tag is applied and sends an email informing subscriber that they've been registered, followed by an email with more information about the event.
Sell Something: A workflow that starts when a tag is applied and sends 3 emails promoting a product. After the third message, if the product link has been clicked, subscribers will be tagged. If the product link has not been clicked, a "last chance" email is sent.
