How can I add an image to my newsletter using a URL?
In this article, we will walk through the steps to add an image URL to your Curate newsletter.
With AWeber's Curate app, you can create newsletters for your subscribers on your mobile device. You can add an image to these newsletters from your device's photo gallery, or you can add an image from a website by using the image URL.
You can download the Curate app from the App Store or Google Play.
iOS
- After you've found an image you want to use, tap and hold it. Then, select "Copy" from the menu options to copy the URL.
- Then, launch the Curate app and tap the floating action button to add content.
- Tap "Web Content" from the available options.
- Paste the image URL into the "Insert web content" box and tap "OK."
And that's it! The image will now appear in your newsletter.
Android
- First, find an image that you would like to use from the web. Once you've found it, tap and hold the image to pull up additional menu options. Tap "View image" to open the image in a new webpage.
- Then, copy the image URL from the address bar.
- Launch the Curate app and tap the floating action button to add content to your current newsletter.
- Tap "Web Content" from the available options.
- Paste the image URL in the "Insert web content" box and tap "OK."
And that's it! You will now see that image in your current newsletter. The content block will only include the image, you will not be able to add a title or description.
